There’s plenty of stories on screen about the pain and struggles of Black people. There’s no shortage of roles for Black gangsters, inmates, drug dealers or addicts and of course, it seems Hollywood inevitably offers us a steady diet of slavery movies to digest every year or two.

Although there’s nothing wrong with the portrayal of the Black struggle, at 303, our goal is to widen the lens by creating content that we feel more accurately reflects the full gamut of the Black experience.

Our mission is to highlight stories of Black love, Black triumph, Black ingenuity, Black excellence, Black wealth and yes, Black pain as well but never without incorporating some form of free therapy in an effort to help us heal as a community from the trauma we’ve endured throughout history.
